Where Eagles dare and Yogis try to fly. The Warrior Posture at around 2500 feet above sea level, Snowdonia, Wales, Summer 2008. The Warrior posture reminds us that the front hand is the 'future' and one must not dream beyond the present reality, but to know that only a determine mind can achieve what it sets itself to achieve; the rear hand is the 'past' and not to dwell there, but to learn its lesson and move on, not to punish but to forgive, especially ourselves, not to hold on but to let go. It strengthens our determination and our resolve and keeps us rooted to Mother Earth, finding our centre, freeing ourselves from cluttered thinking, revenge, hatred and discord. Allowing our true nature to come forward, allowing peace and love to flow from our centre outwards to the Universe, back to its original source.
